In industry, hard water leaves sediment and damages all equipment.

These systems also extend the service life of clothing and utensils, reduce the consumption of hygiene products, and all this with a small investment and without changing the comfort even in small residential areas.



In industrial heating and cooling facilities, soft water is an unavoidable standard. Soft water leaves no residue in heat exchangers, steam boilers, pipelines, and other equipment. Soft water is essential in the pharmaceutical industry, printing presses, air conditioners, film development, and many other industries.




Water softening works by the principle of ion change. The cationic polymer exchanger, housed in a pressure-resistant polyethylene column up to 6 bar, replaces calcium ions with sodium ions.

The ion exchanger regeneration is performed with a NaCl solution (non-iodized tablet salt). The regeneration of these systems is performed automatically, with a timer or flow meter-initiated mode.

The capacity of the softeners ranges from 1 to 20m³ / h. The cyclical capacity of the devices ranges from 2m³ to 70m³. Permanent soft water supply is obtained using duplex systems.



FluidProject’s cabinet softeners have two built-in control levels:


Volumetric control


This control saves on the purchase of funds for regeneration and water. Through automatic addition, followed by a microprocessor, exploitation, and regeneration provide a long service life. Automatic control monitors the water changes required in the household.

Chronometric control


This control gives instructions for ion mass regeneration, depending on the program that can be given one week in advance. Occupational safety and results are identical to volumetric control, especially when water consumption is relatively constant.

Both systems operate at 24V safety voltage.




The quality of the water you use in your home often meets the legal standards for water supply, but that does not mean that it meets your standards and needs.


Typically, water contains dissolved and insoluble substances such as lead, iron, nitrates, chlorine, mineral salts, sulfates, poultry compounds, nickel, and many others. Their concentration cannot be seen with the naked eye. This is only possible with laboratory water analysis.


But the smell and taste of the water can be a good indicator that it’s time to do something with it. Our reverse osmosis systems, made for home use, can solve all these problems.




With this system, the incoming water is forced to pass through a very small membrane, through which only pure water molecules can pass.


When there are two liquids in two chambers separated by a membrane with different concentrations of dissolved substances, the process of exchanging water from the chamber with water with less concentration in the chamber with water with a denser concentration, as known as the process of osmosis, begins.


Under the action of a high-pressure pump, this system works on the reverse principle. Through the same membrane, water with a higher concentration of dissolved substances passes through the membrane and is purified.


During the reverse osmosis process, 100% of bacteria and viruses, 99% sulfur, 98% calcium, 98% magnesium, 96% chlorine, and 90% nitrates are removed from your water. Thus, the water you get using this system is ideal for drinking, cooking, and all other household needs.


In addition to passing water through the reverse osmosis system, it is also treated with a 5µ physical pre-filter, a 5µ pre-activated charcoal pre-filter, a 1µ (optional) carbon filter block, and a post-carbon block filter.


During the treatment for filtration of partially turbid water, waste materials (concentrate) are obtained in the amount of 25% of the total volume, and 75% of the volume passes as pure water, ie, permeate. This ratio refers to the amount of pumped water at a pumping pressure of 15 bar. Depending on the quality of the membrane, small amounts of salts can pass through the membrane ranging in the range of 1.5% – 10%.


Special attention should be paid to the fact that the purified water does not contain iron or manganese, because they permanently damage the membrane. Therefore, water containing iron or manganese must always be oxidized and filtered before being released through the reverse osmosis device.


You can process the entire amount of water from which you are supplied, with the central unit for reverse osmosis, or selectively, only drinking and cooking water. The choice is yours.


Most reverse osmosis devices for selective water treatment produce up to 200 to 500 liters of water per day or up to 20l / h.


These systems are ideal for polluted rural water supply, well water, communal water of unregulated quality, production of cosmetics, food, and confectionery industry, medical and dental equipment, and many others.



This type of sterilization performs 99.9% water sterilization. In the sterilization procedure, the water first passes through a physical purification system with a permeability below 25 µ and then through an antibacterial chamber with a UV lamp.


Modern UV sterilization devices operate connected to a pressure grid. Practical tests and monitoring of such systems in operation give satisfactory results in the bacteriological treatment of drinking water. The resistance of microorganisms to the lethal dose of UV radiation is different and ranges from the following limits:

The principle of operation consists of the antibacterial action of ultraviolet radiation which, through quartz protective glass, comes into direct contact with thin layers of water. In addition, water, as a major absorber of ultraviolet radiation, increases the success of sterilization by stratifying the jet of water passing through the ultraviolet sterilizer. Of great importance for the safe operation of the device is the amount of suspended matter in the water.


FluidProject produces UV sterilizers with a capacity of 0.5 to 50 l / s and a working pressure of up to 9 bar. We also have original spare parts, as well as professionals available for consulting and service. The capacities of 1, 2, and 2.5 liters are in serial production, while the other capacities are made by order.




The range of uses of UV light is very wide and is used for: disinfection, photooxidation (Cl2, H2O2, O3), TOS-reduction, and Ozone-reduction. The wide range of UV waves, especially the part of the spectrum between 240 and 250 nm with a critical concentration of UV waves, affects the reproductive range of proteins.




The extent between investment and the cost of operating a UV lamp system is far more favorable than standard drinking water sterilization systems.


There is a possibility of installation in front of the user’s place, which avoids all pollution in the user’s water supply network. The price of the device is affordable and guarantees a successful operation. Electricity consumption is low and there is a standard connection to the city’s electricity grid.


The device is simple to operate and maintain, and the time required and the sterilization process is short. The device can also operate at very low flows. Sterilization with a UV lamp is a real solution to the current problems of individual buildings that are supplied with water from wells. The average service life of lamps is between 9000 and 15000 working hours.  


Most importantly, the device has no effect on the chemical composition of the water.
